Cube Superfly for iOS is developed and published by Spookwerk, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK number 42035025, registered office: De Nieuwe Erven 3, Unit 14531, 5431 NV Cuijk, Netherlands). The data controller under the GDPR is Spookwerk, reachable at privacy@spookwerk.app.
This policy explains how the app handles your data. The short version: everything stays on your device. Spookwerk does not access, cannot access, and will not access your data.
Cube Superfly does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no account system, no tracking, and no crash reporting. Spookwerk runs no server for this app, and the app does not send anything to Spookwerk, under any circumstance.
The app stores your progress, settings, and local high scores — including the initials you type in for a high score — on your device, inside the app's own sandboxed container. This data is protected by iOS's standard device-level encryption. It is deleted automatically when you delete the app. If Cube Superfly 1.02 was previously installed on this device, its save data is imported once, the first time version 2.0 launches.
Cube Superfly offers an optional Game Center leaderboard. Game Center is Apple's service, governed by Apple's own privacy terms (see https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/game-center/). If you are signed in to Game Center, your best score from each finished run is submitted to the "High score" leaderboard under your Game Center profile. To stop this, sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings. Spookwerk never receives any Game Center data — scores are submitted directly from your device to Apple.
Cube Superfly uses no third-party services besides Apple's Game Center, described above. The game is built with the Unity engine; Unity's own engine services — analytics, advertising, and crash reporting — are disabled in this app.
Cube Superfly is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no data from anyone, there is nothing to collect from children either, and no parental consent mechanism is needed.
Because Spookwerk holds no personal data about you — everything lives only on your device or with Apple's Game Center — there is, in practice, no data at Spookwerk to exercise these rights against. For completeness, the GDPR rights are:
Spookwerk provides security updates for Cube Superfly until at least 20 September 2028, two years from the release of version 2.0 on the App Store. Updates are delivered through the App Store at no additional cost. This is a minimum, not a maximum.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Cube Superfly or in any Spookwerk service, please report it to security@spookwerk.app. We follow a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process: we confirm receipt, investigate, and keep you informed of the resolution.
